Article IV of the Declaration provides for an Architectural Control Committee
The Committee must approve external appearances and improvements for both new construction and remodeling, including the color for original paint or repainting. The Rules for this Committee follow the By-Laws of the HOA. The Committee and / or the Board may require that the property owner sign a Construction Save and Hold Harmless Agreement, as the Committee and / or the Board deem necessary and appropriate in their sole discretion.
